for Selling Education Services at Crystal Clear Cambridge Ltd

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions outline the basis on which education services are provided by Crystal Clear Cambridge Ltd to individuals, organisations, or entities (“the Client”). By purchasing services from the Provider, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

  • Services: Refers to any educational services offered by the Provider, including courses, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Client: The individual, organisation, or entity purchasing the Services from the Provider.

3. Services Provided

The Provider offers a range of educational services which include but are not limited to:

  • Online courses
  • In-person workshops
  • Training sessions

4. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings for Services must be made through the Provider’s website or by contacting the Provider directly.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • The Client may cancel a booking up to 14 days before the scheduled Service for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled Service may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the Service.

6. Changes to Services

The Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Services offered, including but not limited to timetable changes, course content, and the instructors without prior notice. In such cases, the Provider will inform the Client of any significant changes.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information during the booking process.
  • Attend the Services on the date specified.
  • Abide by any rules or regulations established by the Provider.

8. Intellectual Property

All instructional materials, content, and resources provided during the Services are the intellectual property of the Provider and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without explicit permission from the Provider.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for those Services. The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Data Protection

The Provider complies with all applicable data protection regulations. Personal data provided by the Client will be used solely for the purpose of providing Services and will not be shared with third parties without the Client’s consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Amendments

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their next purchase or booking.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Provider and the Client regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. By purchasing the Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
